Whatever Vera picked up, consciously and unconsciously, came from her cultural and family environment.  She was a parent at age 23 which, in itself, highlights the fact that she herself was still growing and evolving. A child raising a younger child?

This book is a collection of all the tools she did not have or know about as she was raising her two children, particularly up to the critical age of seven to eight years. They are gleaned purely from her own personal experiences and learnings and her extensive research in the field of science.  One of the very first seminars Vera attended was an Alpha Dynamics seminar.  She experienced, first hand, the power of the Alpha/Theta states and can dive into them to this day.
